Preliminary working draft strategic plan
In my strategic planning class I created a preliminary working draft. This plan for IUH North. This included an environmental scan, SWOT analysis, Stakeholder assessment, and strategic priorities.
What I learned
This assignment allowed me to strengthen my ability to translate complex organizational challenges into clear strategic priorities. I learned how to evaluate internal and external forces. this was a meaningful experience because it allowed me to understand how leaders make decisions.
