Ratios Project

Ratio Project for a hospital

In my Health finance and budgeting PBHL-H352 class, I worked on ratio project. This project allowed me to collaborate with my peers and perform a financial assessment on a hospital of my professors choosing. We examined key financial indicators to assess the hospitals overall financial health.

What I learned

This assignment helped me strengthen my ability to interpret financial statements and create them into meaningful insights for the organization. I learned how to calculate and evaluate ratios. The most important thing about the assignment was that it allowed me to understand the metrics behind the leadership decisions.
